After finding that I did not have the vision insurance coverage I needed, I phoned Justin and left a voicemail explaining my problem. I appreciate that he called me back the following day with several options. He worked with me to choose the plan best suited to my situation. The problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I first met with Justin earlier this year regarding health insurance once I retired. He introduced me to the PENNIE site and told me I could do it on my own or he would help if I needed it. A couple months later I signed in to PENNIE and was swamped with phone calls.. My best decision was to return to Justin. He walked me through the whole process. I left there with the coverage I needed at the right price, and feel I made a new friend in the process.

Peter at Catherine Burns Insurance was great. He answered all my questions. I had many. He never made me feel rushed. Turning 65 and all the different Medicare supplement and advantage programs are confusing but Peter explained them all and helped me figure out what was best for me.
