I generally don't do this, but we just had a new irrigation system put in by Carter and it was an extremely bad experience. The initial sales process went pretty well. We had to replace a really old system that was in bad shape, so I don't believe they oversold me on a new one, and the price wasn't bad, so upfront it all seemed OK. However, after we signed the agreement for them to come out, there was very little communication after that. We've dealt with Carter Irrigation for several years. They do our maintenance as well as installation of a new system around a new garage construction. Good people. Very responsive.
Very satisfied with Carter Irrigation Services. I got to work with David and Ishmaël and they were extremely professional and accommodating. I had a few things done to our irrigation system and they fine tuned it great. They left our yard in perfect condition -- could not tell they dug anywhere.
