I generally don't do this, but we just had a new irrigation system put in by Carter and it was an extremely bad experience. The initial sales process went pretty well. We had to replace a really old system that was in bad shape, so I don't believe they oversold me on a new one, and the price wasn't bad, so upfront it all seemed OK.
