Driving down a two lane highway, bus is traveling in the left lane, we tried to pass on the right and the bus driver purposefully drove us off the right side of the road. We then tried passing on the other side and the bus would not allow us to pass either side, actively trying to hit us. There we no prior interactions, just literally traveling in the right lane. I would give this a 5 start because the Drivers are absolutely GREAT!!! But the woman in the office are extremely rude and disrespectful each and every time, They have hung up on me, They have caused me to not be able to see my Dr at all because they made me over half hour late because they had me ride along on a ride even past my Dr office, Then one time Almost missed my Dr completely because they went to a complete different town, luckily my mom was able to take me, But today i called in because i got notified my Dr office... read more

Unbelievable what a disabled veteran has to deal with a hole lot of red tape only catering to what fits there criteria. It seems they are under staffed in the drivers and plenty of rude schedulers quick to deny transportation based on there rules. I'm curious who writes those rules and why they feel that they can deny transportation with taking away a persons rights to choose provider and HIPPA violations that will be their demise. I was told a week ago they don't have enough drivers do you get us to our appointments my husband has appointment in Lewistown and I keep calling and they still say they don't have drivers to get him there.

I've had some nice drivers , but the office workers are rude , and seem to like to give me attitude when I need to go to Dr . I don't think it's their business why I need to see a Dr out of town , and say there's the same type of dr in lewistown.. well lewistown drs don't take my insurance, so guess what , I have to take the dr that does. My insurance does pay them tho , so you'd think they could be more polite and not act as though I'm beneth them.
