John Carroll did a fantastic job replacing our old furnace and AC unit. John made a visit to confirm and inform us what he could do to replace the furnace with a 96% efficient unit and include the Rheem AC unit also. He gave a fair estimate that we immediatly agreed to. Very professional, clean and honest. The Bigger name companies gave me very elevated quotes, but I chose to go with an independant small business owner and I could not be happier knowing a local guy provided a great price and service.
I called John on Tuesday afternoon and he was at my house Wednesday morning to provide his services. He was quick, efficient, and communicated the issues and fixes in a way someone with zero knowledge could understand. He was also very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!
John is a gentleman and a true professional. Always quality work at a very fair price. No fuss, no muss. Strong five stars!
Our furnace wasn't working so we called John Carroll to check it out. He arrived right when he said he would, checked the furnace error codes which just said ignition failure and didn't really give him anything to go on. He poked around for a few minutes, and based on what it was doing when it tried to fire up he said it was probably the gas valve. John was the only who agreed to install an Ecobee digital thermostat to integrate the HVAC and humidity controls in our house. We had separate 30 year old thermostat and humidity controllers and only Ecobee had the capability to integrate both. It was not an easy DIY project since our old thermostat was lacking wires of a particular color needed for the install.
