Hi, I am giving John Carroll of Carroll Heating and Cooling in Rochester, NY and 5 star rating! He has helped me multiple times with my furnace through the years in a stellar fashion. This morning I woke up to know heat and though his day was full of appointments he came over and checked my furnace within a hour. Diagnosed and made my repair path very clear. John was the only who agreed to install an Ecobee digital thermostat to integrate the HVAC and humidity controls in our house. We had separate 30 year old thermostat and humidity controllers and only Ecobee had the capability to integrate both. It was not an easy DIY project since our old thermostat was lacking wires of a particular color needed for the install.
