I am writing this to provide a complete account of my experience with Capital Well, which resulted in nearly $10,000 in property damage and a well system left in an unstable and unreliable state. During a pump replacement, Capital Well removed a functional pump from 360 feet but could only get the new unit to 160 feet. We discovered that our cistern was dry. When I called, they sent someone the next day. The guys were so nice. They were thorough and explained everything very well. I really felt like they had my back.

The experience of having a well drilled went smoothly. From Steve, the drill team, and the geofracking team. All excellent to work with. The drill men were a pleasure to talk with and the were very considerate to my three dogs. The geofracking team was also excellent. Quick and very pleasant to speak with. Had a leak in my main shut off valve. The guys replaced the valve, and re-secured every connection near the shut off valve. These guys have consistently exceeded my expectations at a more than reasonable price.

They installed a great water system a few years ago and I had periodic maintenance done today, 26 Sep 25. Capital Well has always been responsive and professional, and this service keeps my system operating at peak performance. I love the drinking water I get from Mother Earth (a well) and processed through my system which includes a RO filter assembly. Great company and great service.
