Our home water pressure shut off completely on a Sunday (of course). I was able to speak with Nick at Capital within an hour or so that day, and just like that given the priority, we were on the schedule the next day. Our 26 year old pump finally had failed and it ended up Nick was also our service technician who came out to check and replace it. Can't get much better than Capital Well. Had our well pump, pressure tank, and water filter replaced last year and just had an annual inspection and service today. In both cases, every employee...from the initial contact, to the project manager, to the installers and service tech, was courteous, explained the procedures, kept us informed, and answered our questions in non-technical language. Price was better than their competitors for the quality equipment they installed. Unconditionally recommend Capital Well.
Nick and Tyler are two of the hardest working, nicest, smartest, and amazing well service men that have ever walked this earth!! They spent time studying our unique well set up. Capital was all that we expected and more. We have used this company to install an updated water system last year. Upon installation they took the time to explain it all and left reading material. When we had a question they came back to reassure us all was well. We called for an annual maintenance. All the technicians are polite, professional and respectful. The same goes for the office personnel when we call in to the office. Kudos to you and the quality service you provide your customers.
Very honest company. Fast, efficient, Knowledgeable and friendly. Great service! They sent the two nicest guys out to my elderly fathers house the same day and within a few hours of my call to request service when the water stopped working. Shawn and Taylor worked quickly and diagnosed the problem and repaired broken wires connected to pump.
