I can't say enough about the great customer service and the top notch professional people at Capital Well. My irrigation system started having issues in late July that another irrigation company could not figure out and gave up. I called Capital Well and left a message which was promptly answered . Absolutely amazing experience. I am a realtor and my clients were in dire straits needing a new system for a house they were purchasing. We had been in touch with other water companies and nobody could fit us in. We were going to have to change the closing date which had a huge impact on the family-- with ability to attend school in a timely manner, days off work, and more. I have only great things to say about Capital Well and would Holly recommend. After finding out our point well was contaminated and needed to get a new well drilled. I live on the edge of a lake with a postage stamp size lot, so location of a new will was limited. I called several companies to get quotes and information. Some were better than others. but we settled on Capital. The reasons were that 1)they could drill under our walkway without disrupting the pavers.(others said they have to dig them up ands I’d have to find... read more
Capital Well helped us tremendously and their customer service was great. We lost water late on a Friday night, received a call back early Saturday morning and had a tech replacing our pump by 2pm on Saturday. Plus the communication was excellent and they provided the tech’s name and picture for safety before arrival. Highly recommend.
We just bought a house that was a new build and on well water. The water right away had high iron that could be seen and smelled. Tony Parisi did a consult with me, was kind enough to come back to accommodate my husband’s schedule. We chose CC over another company as what we were needing, they were a better fit for us. Tony is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. Keagan Smith did a professional and excellent job with the install and explanation of operation. I highly recommend this company.
