Both Travis and Alex works extremely personable and knowledgeable. They took time to answer our questions. Their responses were appropriate to the situation. We have confidence that Capital well will do a good job. Alex’s responses on pressure tanks and the well and the radon system were much different than other companies that have come to our home. Nick from Capital Well was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done the right way instead of just rushing through the job. Had our water softener system serviced, Jacob Jobin was our tech. He was professional and completed the work in a timely manner leaving the area as clean as he found it. He updated me at the conclusion of the service, explaining all that was done and what materials were used. I have used Capital Well for over 20 years and have always had terrific service.

Our local Garden Club partnered with the Capital Well Irrigation to install an irrigation system and drip line in our town center to improve the appearance of our public gardens. We started this work with Greg and Rob to discuss our goals for the space. Right away, they got to work on a map including drone photos and a quote allowing us to fully understand the mapped plan and proposal (they sent this the same day we met with them about the project). We couldn't be happier that we chose capital well for our new house. From drilling the well, testing the water, planning and to installing the treatment equipment, everything has gone "well"! Everyone we encountered has been patient and helpful. Having never had a property with a well we really appreciated the Capital well folks explaining how everything works and is maintained. Make these folks your choice; they are great.
