We had a defective EGO lawnmower that kept cutting off. We took it in for repairs several times. Repairs were under warranty. Harry did his best to work with us over the course of several months. Wait time was terrible due to other customers and loss of mechanic. But we were patient and called to check on our mower every few weeks. Due to our perseverance, Harry was able to contact EGO and get them to send us a new mower. Thank you Harry!
Took me for $150 and did absolutely nothing , told me gas tank and carb. Needs replacing but not available on a 8 year old generator ( Generac ). I found both parts under $100 . They are an rip off company
My Reply: The Obama conversation happened when I inquired about the different engines and power provided by each model. The sales rep didn't have any input aside from telling me to look online. After that came the Obama rant. None the less he told me the SC900 was a commercial mower and that it would not be what I needed. I was not given a chance to look over the mowers that are folded on the rack in your show room. Went by there to see if they could get my chain saw started for me It was brand new I offered to pay for his help He said $115 minimum and was not that nice. To bad for him because I was was also going to talk to him about some more buisness opportunities It just shows that you need to be nice and helpful to everyone not just your existing big customers
Absolutely horrible customer service. Took a chain saw in and said I needed it back in 2 weeks. They said 'shouldn't be a problem'. Paid $75 and was told they would call me back with an estimate and then they would have to order the parts. They never called. I had to call them three times. They missed the time I told them I needed it by. Last time I called they said they would get to it that day...still no estimate and didn't understand why they now don't have to order the parts.
