I had to take my EGO 56V self-propelled lawn mower to Capital Repair Services in Virginia Beach, and they sent it to their Richmond branch for repair. The Richmond team worked directly with the manufacturer to quickly diagnose the problem, obtain the necessary parts, and complete the repair in a timely manner. 18 days after dropping off a riding mower it was ready. Upon arriving we discovered it was missing. It had been put under another name and had not been touched. They immediately began working on the mower. Given to us after a 10 minute fix they charged us $186. The mower still isn’t working properly… very frustrating and disappointing.

Found this place last year to get parts. Took some lawn equipment there recently for some service. Although turn around was longer.than expected, I'm very happy with the work provided. My husband and I will be customers for as long as we care for our lawn!!! Customer service is great!!

I dropped my lawnmower off at the Virginia Beach location for repair on the 23rd of March I was told it would be 7 to 10 days. I called on April 3rd and was told their mechanic quite and it still had not been looked at and they were going to ship it to Richmond and they had no idea how long it would be. I told them to not ship it and I would come in and pick it up. I’m honestly disgusted. This is probably been the most unprofessional place we’ve ever dealt with. It mostly has to do with the current owner. He is probably one of the most disrespectful human beings I’ve ever encountered. The that he treated my husband is so unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone! if I had a recording of our phone conversation, I would post it! Absolutely atrocious! Only come here if you plan on spending 1000+ dollars as they keep your lawn mowers for 4+ months!
