Pretty disappointed in the level of service. I had used this company in the past with a fairly good experience. I took my mower in (which had previously been worked on by them) to be repaired during the height of growing season hoping for a quick turnaround. The mower ran but was stalling out. After ten days I still had not heard anything from Capital Repair and after multiple attempts was able to talk to someone but the mower was no longer in the shop. I had two craftsman blowers one was very difficult to start and the other one the fuel line came out of the fuel tank, but before that didn't run too well either. The repair on both blowers did not take very long and they are running great now. Super helpful also.
I cannot speak highly enough of their service. I took my mower there last year for tune up and blade sharpening, experience was great. Today however brought my mower in as I lost something that kept a rod in the back of the mower in place (that hangs back shield), so it kept vibrating out. The technician came out and looked at it in my car, fixed it right then and there with “there you go, have a good day”. Awesome and then some!!
Very happy with my purchase of a Cub Cadet riding mower from Capital Repair. They delivered the mower one day early and it drives and cuts so much better than my old mower. Only request is that the owner consider offering a military discount or waiving the tractor setup and delivery fees for military and first responders.
Thanks for fixing my riding lawnmower. They have a pickup & delivery service which I did not use because of price $$ ($150 flat price) especially since I live less than 3 miles away. Luckily I knew someone that had a truck to help get my mower there. I suggest they charge by the mile with a max charge.
