So glad we chose CannonBall Pools (CBP)!! We researched several pool builders. We chose CBP because 1) of their track record/quality of work 2) unlike other pool builders contacted, they did not try to pressure sell us on costly features we did not need. Cannonball Pools sold me an pool. They are partnered with Quantus Pools for the construction portion of the pool. After a few months of construction, they stopped showing up. But they had the majority of my money so they didn’t care. I tried talking to Ryan of Cannonball and he basically kept giving me the run around for over 6 months. He won’t return my calls now. I’ll give him one thing- he’s a good salesman- don’t trust a word he says!!! I had to hire another company to come in and finish my pool. I am filing suit ... read more

We hired cannon to open and winterize our pool two years ago. Last year we needed a new heater and cannon ordered and installed the new unit. After only two month the unit started leaking and Ryan ordered a new one under our warranty. The replacement also broke down only a few weeks later. Ryan had not returned our calls, emails or texts and has been non responsive since last fall. We called another company who sent us a Jandy person to inspect the unit. We have had our in ground pool for 25 years and Ryan's service has, by far, been the best we have ever had. I feel I can trust Ryan with any possible problems that arise with my pool or any maintenance necessary whether large or small. His crews are always very respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable on whatever needs to be done. Ryan is always there when you need him and can always be counted on to reply in a timely manner. We've worked with Ryan and the crew from Cannonball for almost two years now and wouldn't have it any other way. As new pool owners with some infrastructure challenges in the beginning, Ryan was super helpful, consultative and responsive. To this day, he seems to be on call and available to help whenever we have a question, even on the evenings and weekends. Jose and Dominick are awesome, too. Top notch company - best in class!
