Taylor was awesome in quoting and executing our new policies, covering me and my young adult children. She went the "extra mile" by spending time with all three of us to make sure we were able to use the safety app. Overall - a great experience. She was able to give the kids a good overview of what to do in the event of an issue, and they really related to her. The office has a great vibe; Reily is also very personable and Caitlin is exemplary.
