She made switching everything over quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly so we understood our coverage, and kept us updated every step of the way with great communication. Caitlin’s office is the best State Farm office I have dealt with in over 10 years of having State Farm. Caitlin’s office staff go above and beyond for their clients and it has now ruined my experience with every other agent I’ve dealt with because no one else even comes close to the quality of customer service Taylor, Chelsea, and Diana have provided me over the last 5 years.
