Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased an item and quickly realized it wasn’t what I expected. When I contacted them to return it, they flat-out refused—claiming it was a “nonrefundable” item. Nowhere on their website does it say that. It’s a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. They love to pat themselves on the back about their so-called “excellent customer service,” but I didn’t see a shred of it.
