Called Budd after the company that installed our furnace originally (initials H-M) told us the soonest they could send a techician was eight days! Budd was at our house within hours. The problem was addressed, but recurred -- H-M was called 14 times in eight years for the same problem! Called Budd again. Dave tried what tech support suggested, but that didn't work. The services done for me by Budd The Furnace Man was done very promptly. I was impressed with working with the company.
We called Budd the Furnace Man & Sons when we needed our furnace replaced. We scheduled our appointment and they showed up on time! They also completed the job without interruption and were quite prompt. Will definitely use them again.
The technician was informative and knew his trade. I can't say enough how prompt, professional and reasonably priced their services were. I would highly recommend them.
