I worked with Adam Collins who was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions and made the process go easily. He made special accommodations for my husband who has health issues. Greg explained in great detail my options for financing. I will definitely recommend Budd Baer to all my friends or anyone looking for a vehicle. This is my second new purchase , I was very happy the first time around and sure I'll be pleased again
I’ve bought a lot of cars and trucks over the years. Budd Baer was by far my best experience. From the manager Nate and the salesman Carlo , Angelina in the finance/business office. Very nice down to earth people. The best part of my experience there was the service dept. Skylar went above and beyond for me. Thank you everyone for the great experience. Even though it is over an hour drive my next new truck will be from here.
I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm and chose to wait at the dealership because I had no one to pick me up and because an oil change is usually 30 minutes. When I arrived there were no other cars in the pull up and only one person waiting. After an hour and a half more people began to show up. can't review anything til I l know when you are talking about. As to this request itself, I guess it would be pretty bad since your program doesn't know enough to be specific, so how do you expect me to be? Haven't been in your shop for nearly 3 weeks! Hard to remember anything specific back then - IF that is what you are even talking about!! AND the idiotic program will not allow a post without a star being chosen, so I choose the quickest one to check. Sorry!!!!
I have never been so happy in buying a car as I am from buying my subaru from Bud Baer no.1 I love my subaru crosstrek no. 2 I feel they went above and beyond to make that sale happen something no other dealer I had been to did I would highly recommend going to them they were very curtious and very attentive to my needs and wants so I say thank you very much to Jan the salesman and everyone else who played a part in making my deal possible
