Our yard is in the shade and we had trouble getting grass to grow. We called Browder-Hite and decided to try their lawn maintenance program. The difference is astounding! Donna is great to work with - she has advised on several trees and bushes that they planted. Everyone who comes and does work is professional and knowledgeable. We are really pleased with everything they have done for our yard! Pics were taken in March 2023 (before we started the program) and 2026 (now - after 1.5 years of being on the program)

We had a pretty extensive retaining wall built to stop erosion from a local ditch. The job was very well done. Costs were thoroughly explained in the estimate. Permits and site safety well maintained. I was around a lot—the workers were polite and clean—all while working extremely hard in miserable weather. The site-even mid job-was clean every day. Highly recommend!

I got involved with Browder-Hite by sheer accident.... I had another contractor working on my property that did some major construction screw-ups and Browder-Hite came in after and worked their magic. For a background I have a home in Onancock VA on the Eastern Shore. We were in the middle of a large scale pool install when everything went bad. Contact Browder-Hite for lawn irrigation services including sprinklers, drip lines, and micro drip options for planters. Donna Childers, sales representative and the installers were very professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and we are very satisfied with the results.

No matter the crew that shows up to the house, we can count on professional, efficient, and detail-oriented service.
