Brophy's cleaned our office carpets and we could not be happier. We were told to manage our expectations as our carpets had not been cleaned in several years. The results are superb, and while some staff may need to find an alternate wayfinding system back to their workstations, we are quite happy the coffee stains have vanished.

I just want to rave about this company for a little bit. I spoke with someone last Thursday May 18th. I was having issues with a kitchen project floor I was renovating and I had debris I couldn't get out of the vinyl floor cracks and grooves in the tile. I tried everything and so did the home owner I even called a bunch of cleaning companies. I spoke with someone from Brophy Services who said he would come take a look today. I would highly recommend Brophy Services. After they cleaned our facility, we a had an issue with our bathrooms and brought it to their attention. Within an hour, Darin called us back, came out to our building and had a team back within 48 hours to fix the situation. If that isn't great customer service, I don't what is! We'll definitely hire them again.
