My personal information was compromised during a previous phishing attempt at Broedel Fuel Group. My email address was leaked to a scammer who was sly enough to convince me to wire them more than $800 as a payment on my account. When I contacted Broedel regarding this fraudulent payment, they offered me absolutely no assistance or sympathy whatsoever. This is the best, most reliable, most professional, and most compassionate fuel company in the area. We were out of heating oil. We were hit hard by covid and were out of work and had no way to pay until Friday. It was Tuesday. I called, explained my issue, and they decided to deliver it as soon as possible and await the payment until Friday. They were amazing and I cannot thank them enough.
They are great people to work with ...very friendly...very reliable ...just all around great company ......I'm very satisfied with all services they offer n deliver .....would highly recommend them ....
Broedel Energy always delivers within a day or two of us calling and requesting oil. Prices are the best in our area, and Jason has come out before when we had our furnace serviced. Great local company. My wife’s family has been dealing with Broedel’s for years, and I have for the 12 plus years I have resided in the area.
