We are remodeling an old home. We removed a wall and added a structural beam to support the ceiling joists. The building inspector requested a letter from a structural engineer stating the beam and installation were adequate. Fortunately, I found BrightWork Engineering. Mr. Berneche did a beam analysis and made a site inspection visit. Bart and Brad came out to provide engineering assessment of a house I was looking at. They saved me thousands of dollars with their evaluation of the foundation after a repair company was trying to install items that would not have been able to do what they were selling. These guys are professionals and very friendly.
Had them draw up plans to open up my living room into the kitchen for an open great-room concept. Came to the house took measurements and offered suggestions and laid out floor plan. No issues, Timely Mannor, Would use them again if ever needed.
