This is my first visit to Brighter Smiles and it was a very good experience. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. I was happy to meet Kathy who took all my Xrays and surprised me as being a dental hygienist too. And Dr Risko was kind to look at my x rays and meet me and he made me feel comfortable. I was apprehensive about going to a new Dentist but I would really recommend coming here. You will be in good hands!
Today I had an appointment with Brighter Smiles Family Dental. They were able to give me an appointment for today. The dentist and hygienist calmed my fears. I thought I had a tooth infection. They reassured me that I did not. I've been looking for a new dentist. Today I found one! I look forward to being able to smile once again. Many thanks, Gloria
My comment will be rather to the point. Im an older patient. I never enjoyed going to the dentist. I couldn't find a dentist that I could fit well with. I dont like pain, and im a big chicken. This office has given me my dignity back. Thank you Jen and thank you Dr. Lee. I adore you both and will continue to see you until I no longer can. You have made a friend for life. You rock.
Janet, the dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly She explained teeth measuring to me and other items very well. Janet was extremely gentle with the cleaning of my teeth. Also, Also, the dentist office has a chalkboard in the room with about 15 flavors of toothpaste! I thought that was awesome. I chose grape, of course. From the start over the phone then stopping by the office, I was greeted with warm welcomes from all staff. They were so helpful and explaining the entire new patient process with insurance and personal information. I had a a corner of my top front tooth broken off. Next day I was scheduled greeted with friendly words and smiles, the staff helped me to get ready and have the repair work done.
