Had to find new dentist because of insurance and decided to try Brighter Smiles. I certainly made the right choice, after a few decades with my previous dentist I wasn't sure what to expect. This facility was warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in the door. My hygienist was spectacular and Dr was great , nice , friendly and cheerful . All of the staff were amazing. When I left , I truly felt like family and knew I made the right choice. Thank you ALL for making a dentist appointment a positive thing.

I had to change dentists recently after many years at a different place because they wouldn't accept my new insurance. Today was my first appointment at Brighter Smiles, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The new patient process was simple and efficient. I now understand exactly why they are so highly recommended. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I loved this place from start to finish. It was my first time here as a new patient. It's not a cold sterile environment, like most other medical facilities and clinics.. This is more like family than anything. Super warm and friendly staff that aren't just "doing a job", but are actually helpful and concerned. I really appreciated this practice when they were at their previous location because they were reasonable, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that has changed with the recent transition. No one informed me that they no longer accepted my insurance, despite me scheduling this appointment months in advance. When my husband went to pay, staff insisted they had already made me aware of the insurance change when the appointment was booked, which simply is not true. Today was my first visit. The care was excellent ! My hygienist was very thorough. She made me feel very welcome and had me laughing. The dentist was thorough and answered my questions. I met the owner of the practice and was very impressed. I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door.
