The minute I walked into the office I knew it was a very welcoming environment. The receptionists were very happy to see me. They had already decorated for Valentine's Day and they had many inspirational slogans posted throughout the waiting area. My previous dentist did not have things like this, was a very sterile environment. I felt like I was just another number. My hygienist Jen, was amazing! I had a great experience 😊 The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I really appreciated how gentle and attentive they were. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
We had to switch dentists due to a change of insurance and we were very impressed with Brighter Smiles. From making appointments for the whole family to my son’s first visit everyone was efficient and friendly. This was my son’s first time not with a pediatric dentist and he was a little nervous, but they took their time, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and gentle.
It was my kids' first time to a dentist, so they were nervous. The team there, from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist, was absolutely amazing with them and kind! The service was great and we had a great experience all around.
This is my first visit to Brighter Smiles and it was a very good experience. Everyone there was pleasant and friendly. I was happy to meet Kathy who took all my Xrays and surprised me as being a dental hygienist too. And Dr Risko was kind to look at my x rays and meet me and he made me feel comfortable. I was apprehensive about going to a new Dentist but I would really recommend coming here. You will be in good hands!
