Had to find new dentist because of insurance and decided to try Brighter Smiles. I certainly made the right choice, after a few decades with my previous dentist I wasn't sure what to expect. This facility was warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in the door. My hygienist was spectacular and Dr was great , nice , friendly and cheerful . All of the staff were amazing. When I left , I truly felt like family and knew I made the right choice. Thank you ALL for making a dentist appointment a positive thing.

Was my first time as a new patient! I have not been seen by dentist in a long time; due to dentist anxiety and just overall embarrassment it f my teeth; so I avoid the dentist at all cost!! Was an extremely welcoming and comfortable facility from the girls at the front all the way into the back office- I felt comfortable, I didn’t feel embarrassed- they set me up with a treatment plan and was just overall very accommodating, very friendly, and a very comfortable feeling!! I had to change dentists recently after many years at a different place because they wouldn't accept my new insurance. Today was my first appointment at Brighter Smiles, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The new patient process was simple and efficient. I now understand exactly why they are so highly recommended. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I loved this place from start to finish. It was my first time here as a new patient. It's not a cold sterile environment, like most other medical facilities and clinics.. This is more like family than anything. Super warm and friendly staff that aren't just "doing a job", but are actually helpful and concerned. This was my first appointment after 30 years at another dental office. Everyone in the front office was so friendly and upbeat. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that my x-rays were covered. The x-ray technician was very efficient and friendly and explained everything to me in detail. Finally, the dentist gave me a thorough examination and described my dental condition. Fortunately, everything proved to be fine. I’m very satisfied with the decision I made to switch to this dental practice.
