The minute I walked into the office I knew it was a very welcoming environment. The receptionists were very happy to see me. They had already decorated for Valentine's Day and they had many inspirational slogans posted throughout the waiting area. My previous dentist did not have things like this, was a very sterile environment. I felt like I was just another number. My hygienist Jen, was amazing! It's been a while since I needed to have some work done and, as I'm new to this practice, I was a quite nervous when I arrived for my appointment. Dr.Fura and the entire staff were wonderful!! Highly recommend this practice!! I'm so happy to have found Brighter Smiles.
We had to switch dentists due to a change of insurance and we were very impressed with Brighter Smiles. From making appointments for the whole family to my son’s first visit everyone was efficient and friendly. This was my son’s first time not with a pediatric dentist and he was a little nervous, but they took their time, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and gentle.
I am a fairly new patient at Brighter Smiles, and I am smiling. They are all very pleasant and friendly. I have nothing but good to say about the full upper denture and lower partial I received from them. I can eat everything, and need no adhesive for either ones. I also had some cavities drilled and filled. I would highly recommend this office and staff to everyone. They definitely deserve five stars.
I had a great experience. Polite staff, compassionate and informative, explained all of the hard answers. They also gave me positives, ended my visit on a high note and I’ll be returning to continue dental care here. 5/5 experience and the understand patient care. Thank you :)
