I had to change dentists recently after many years at a different place because they wouldn't accept my new insurance. Today was my first appointment at Brighter Smiles, and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The new patient process was simple and efficient. I now understand exactly why they are so highly recommended. If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Had to find new dentist because of insurance and decided to try Brighter Smiles. I certainly made the right choice, after a few decades with my previous dentist I wasn't sure what to expect. This facility was warm and inviting from the moment I stepped in the door. My hygienist was spectacular and Dr was great , nice , friendly and cheerful . All of the staff were amazing. When I left , I truly felt like family and knew I made the right choice. Thank you ALL for making a dentist appointment a positive thing.

Was my first time as a new patient! I have not been seen by dentist in a long time; due to dentist anxiety and just overall embarrassment it f my teeth; so I avoid the dentist at all cost!! Was an extremely welcoming and comfortable facility from the girls at the front all the way into the back office- I felt comfortable, I didn’t feel embarrassed- they set me up with a treatment plan and was just overall very accommodating, very friendly, and a very comfortable feeling!! I loved this place from start to finish. It was my first time here as a new patient. It's not a cold sterile environment, like most other medical facilities and clinics.. This is more like family than anything. Super warm and friendly staff that aren't just "doing a job", but are actually helpful and concerned. I woke up today with a toothache and swelling of my gums and face. My insurance company agreed to pay for an out of network appointment because they considered it an emergency situation. They reached out to Brighter Smiles who told me to come in within fifteen minutes after receiving the faxed information from my insurance company. The Dentist and hygienist were very nice and helpful in referring me to an Endodontist and Oral Surgeon.
