I called yesterday because my son had an abscess and needed treatment quick due to vacation coming up in 2 days. They got him in today and was so kind and friendly. He has a needle fear and they were so kind and patient with him. I explained how it needed to be approached and they did not disappoint. I was shocked when he called and said he let them!!
From the start of my visit to the end, the staff at Bridge City Dental helped me understand pricing, expected payment, procedures, and insurance coverage to the max. I’ve never left a medical appointment without having any questions, until today. Absolutely phenomenal! Highly recommend using this office for dental cleanings and other procedures.
Very happy with how fast and efficient everyone is when taking care of their patients. Very friendly and kind staff all around.

They all were amazing and so caring smiles friendly you felt like you were the only one there that’s how good they treat you .I have seem Shawn and Sammy they both do such a good job .So nice going to the dentist and knowing they care and don’t want you in pain and understand anxiety.They call and check on you .The receptionist is so nice she even called and got me in earlier all the assistance working there are so nice and smile and you can tell they all work like a team it tells me they work for a good company.i would reco... read more
