I had the opportunity to spend several days with them as they led the project. Their expertise, professionalism, and quality of work is truly remarkable.
Asa and Jimmy were on time, professional, and did an excellent job! My washer drain was backing up and overflowing. Asa explained the process in detail to me, and we talked about a yearly maintenance schedule for our drains, which I appreciated. We just relocated to Wichita Falls and will be calling you for all of our plumbing needs! Thank you for getting me on the schedule so quickly!
We want to highly compliment the work of Jordan and his helper Isaiah in taking care of our drain problem. Jordan kept us well-informed of his plans and progress, and was always very courteous in answering questions that we had. They worked diligently and carefully to repair a difficult situation, and did so in a clean and orderly way. We greatly appreciate their work and the results achieved.
Had Brian’s Plumbing come out to fix leaky bath faucet, disconnect sink for my black Capricorn Quartz countertops upgrade and come out again to reconnect kitchen plumbing and add a new faucet to the granite sink after the countertops were installed. My crew was punctual, professional, hardworking, efficient and had great personalities making it a joy to use Brian’s plumbing! I’d definitely call them again and recommend. After a 3-4 day job lasted almost 2 weeks, because of a larger job elsewhere, the plumbers finished. My husband had to fix vent pipe that wasn’t put in the wall. Then my husband had to connect a water line that was left taped, unconnected to the water, under the house. Called office and was told they didn’t have the man power to send anyone out and that they made no money off the job. We WILL NOT recommend Brian’s Plumbing to anyone!!
