We used them for years, without issue. Then our taxes became slightly more complicated, which caused them to file extension after extension, resulting in our final taxes being completed in July or August. We also received penalty notices from the IRS, which they did take care of. Their reason for this was never actively pursued by them, we always had to call to find out what’s happening.
