Both customer service reps I talked to were the most professional very helpful very patient people I’ve ever really had on the phone before I had to call back so the first one was very patient and then I had to call back again and you guys work because I had another car coming. We used them for years, without issue. Then our taxes became slightly more complicated, which caused them to file extension after extension, resulting in our final taxes being completed in July or August. We also received penalty notices from the IRS, which they did take care of. Their reason for this was never actively pursued by them, we always had to call to find out what’s happening. In spite of the fact that we have lived in Texas for the past 16 years we continue doing business with Bredernitz, Wagner and Company in Howell, Michigan and they have done our taxes for the past 18 years. Their team is responsive, accurate and we have never had our returns questioned by IRS. Very happy with their service and work!

We've been using them for over eight years for our business accounting needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, we like them all and we have a great relationship with them. They are always quick at getting back to us. We are going through an audit right now and they have been most helpful.
