The experience couldn't have been any better. From check-in to check-out, everyone and everything was very professional. I felt very at ease and comfortable with the procedure that was done. Dr. Ericka Griffin and her staff treated me with the utmost respect, explained things in a language I could understand and step by step what was to be done and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to all of them for the caring spirit.
My visit to Eastern Radiology was great!! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was in and out of the office in an hour and my procedure was very pleasant and painless. I really like going there. “Hats off to all the staff for your kind words and pleasant smiles.” Teresa is wondering. She is very professional and thoughtful. Jennifer is the Rad. Tech. She was precise and efficient. Mekie was very personable and warm. I enjoyed the pleasant conversation with everyone.
I had a biopsy yesterday and the staff was Great! M. Smith, Emily & Darby, Jennifer and Dr. Zsuzsanna Therein. Thank you all very much for your support and loving hands, during the procedure I was extremely calm, and everything went smoothly barely no discomfort (well not enough to complain about).
I am an Eastern Radiologists patient. However, this review is regarding my mom's recent visit (Fri Apr 4th) which I am told was a great one. My mom left the office feeling that she was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. I had an outstanding experience at Eastern Radiologists Breast Imaging Center in Greenville, NC. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
