The Tech Assistant (Ginger) and the Technologist (Paula) were absolutely great. They made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my 2 breast biopsies this morning. Most doctors you have appointments with are "just the facts" kind of people - nice but not all that concerned. But let me tell you - Dr. Juliana Ballestero was amazing from the time she walked in, introduced herself, and gently shook my hand. The whole team were wonderful. Ginger is a sweetheart. Love her. Doc Matheus was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Any fear of the biopsy procedure was unnecessary. The whole team was fabulous.
Had my first ever breast biopsy. From the moment I walked in receptionist Juliannah was pleasant. Onto Ginger my Tech Assistant was very sweet and Tech Sandra was beyond words making sure I was comfortable thoughout whole procedure. Both women made me feel cared for and treated me like a family member. Dr Workman was extremely kind explaining what she was doing and to be honest I didn't feel no pain whatsoever from start to finish. Highly recommend!!! Thank you all I appreciate you.
I had my appointment today and I had the best experience. Allyson the receptionist was very pleasant and does her work with a smile. Jackie the scheduler who took me in was the best!!! You could tell when someone loves what they are doing. Paula the technologist was very nice and very knowledgeable. She made my experience great. I would definitely go and see them again!!
I was very nervous going into my procedure and wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Therien, Hannah, Ginger, and everyone else in the office really put me at ease. They were all very thorough and answered questions that I didn’t even think to ask. The interior of the building was very uplifting with lots of pink, which I loved! I highly recommend them, I was very impressed!!
