I had my appointment today and I had the best experience. Allyson the receptionist was very pleasant and does her work with a smile. Jackie the scheduler who took me in was the best!!! You could tell when someone loves what they are doing. Paula the technologist was very nice and very knowledgeable. She made my experience great. I would definitely go and see them again!!
I was having a bone density test. The receptionist Allyson was very helpful with a smile. My technologist was Keli. I have a really bad hip so I couldn’t move very fast. She was very patient and helpful. She didn’t make me feel like I was holding her up. When the test was over she assisted me in getting up. My experience was very good.😊

What a very pleasant experience. Ginger, Madison and Dr. Ballestero were awesome. They explained everything that they were going to be doing in the biopsy procedure. I felt very comfortable and was very confident in placing my care in their hands. They were all smiles and carried on very nice conversations throughout the procedure. I came in for my first biopsy and I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to take care of me. From Teresa at the front desk being so kind and helpful with my check in, to the absolute loving care I received from Paula the tech and Dr. Therien. They were so informative of every step and I felt like I had a family member taking care of me. I cannot thank this staff enough for their wonderful care.
