I had an outstanding experience at Eastern Radiologists Breast Imaging Center in Greenville, NC. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Allyson, at the front desk (the receptionist), was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My visit to Eastern Radiology was great!! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was in and out of the office in an hour and my procedure was very pleasant and painless. I really like going there. “Hats off to all the staff for your kind words and pleasant smiles.” Teresa is wondering. She is very professional and thoughtful. Jennifer is the Rad. Tech. She was precise and efficient. Mekie was very personable and warm. I enjoyed the pleasant conversation with everyone.
Everyone seemed to have a great personality with the exception of the front desk person (Jessica). She acted as if my presence disgusted her. She was NOT friendly at all! Everyone else was extremely friendly 🙄
The entire staff from the time I entered the door until I left was very pleasant and professional. Mackenzie answered all of my questions. Allison was very skilled and made me feel very comfortable during the mammogram. Jackie was helpful in scheduling my next appointment. In addition the entire process was done in no more than a half hour.
My experience at Eastern Radiology Breast Imaging Center was exemplary. The technologist, Melissa, answered my questions fully. She was most aware of my comfort, modesty and performed the procedure with care and expertise. I would recommend their services to all women, young and old.
