I had a very enjoyable experience. The young lady who came to get me to take me back was sweet. She eased my mind by being humorous. She saw me leaving and smiled and said that she hoped the rest of my day would be good. The young lady who performed the screening was patient and gentle. Also, the young lady who checked me out at the end had a pleasant smile and when I told her that I liked the inspirational F.R. O.G. card, she gave me one. I would recommend anyone to choose Eastern Radioligists Breast Imaging Center.
The whole team were wonderful. Ginger is a sweetheart. Love her. Doc Matheus was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Any fear of the biopsy procedure was unnecessary. The whole team was fabulous.
Had my first ever breast biopsy. From the moment I walked in receptionist Juliannah was pleasant. Onto Ginger my Tech Assistant was very sweet and Tech Sandra was beyond words making sure I was comfortable thoughout whole procedure. Both women made me feel cared for and treated me like a family member. Dr Workman was extremely kind explaining what she was doing and to be honest I didn't feel no pain whatsoever from start to finish. Highly recommend!!! Thank you all I appreciate you.
Angeline checked me in yesterday and I had a couple of requests and she made sure each one was in my chart to be seen by the nurses and doctor. Ginger and Paula prepped me both mentally and physically for my biopsy explaining each step along the way. My husband could not be with me and Paula held my hand the entire time.
