Everyone was polite and professional. Tiffany was pleasant and friendly when she greeted me at the receptionist desk. Zero wait time as Megan called me back by the time I completed the short personal history survey. Allison did a great job with the scans, plus she answered all of my questions! Entire process was stress free and completed quickly. Whew! What a relief!
when I walked in the door, The receptionist Allyson greeting me with a welcome and a smileI I sit in the lobby for about five minutes and then I was taking in the back to be the seen it took about 7 minutes and I was on my way home. I was very nervous going in for my procedure. Everyone was so nice from the receptionist, registration on back. Jennifer explained each step to me prior to & Dr. Matheus was amazing as well. I was told what would happen before it did. I felt comfortable & at ease with the two of them. Amazing team!
The team of care providers (Teresa, Ginger, Allison and Sandy) assisted Dr. Matheus with great care and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better team during a very scary time. Dr. Matheus is very professional and thorough. She makes sure that you understand the diagnosis and procedural process before she continues with treatment. I would definitely recommend this team and this establishment.
