Everyone was polite and professional. Tiffany was pleasant and friendly when she greeted me at the receptionist desk. Zero wait time as Megan called me back by the time I completed the short personal history survey. Allison did a great job with the scans, plus she answered all of my questions! Entire process was stress free and completed quickly. Whew! What a relief!

The team of care providers (Teresa, Ginger, Allison and Sandy) assisted Dr. Matheus with great care and compassion. I couldn’t have asked for a better team during a very scary time. Dr. Matheus is very professional and thorough. She makes sure that you understand the diagnosis and procedural process before she continues with treatment. I would definitely recommend this team and this establishment.
Eastern Radiologist Breast Imaging Center is AWESOME!. Everyone was exceptionally nice starting with the Receptionist Teresa. Ginger/Tech Assistant escorted me to the back, and she made sure I was comfortable. Now, Paula/Tecnologist was very patient with me. She took her time and explained everything step by step.
