The staff was extremely polite, courteous and showed great interest in my care/procedure, Brittany the receptionist has such a beautiful personality & her attitude was so wonderful for it to be early in the am. Jessica, the technician took her time doing the procedure,explained everything as she went along, smiled and treated me with great respect, thank you all
Very friendly and attentive from beginning to end. Kelly and Madison M. were great. Thoughtful and caring staff which was refreshing in today’s world where everyone is short staffed. Overall a great experience.
Staff is very warming and the place is beyond clean. Everyone that I came across is very professional, caring, compassionate and concerned about your needs. It’s very cold but that’s understandable because it keeps germs away. However they will supply you with a blanket and it works. Ladies make sure that you do your daily checks because you do not want any surprises. Any lumps or bumps allow them to check you out. I recommend this business to All ladies! They get a 💯 star from me!
I received great service. The care I was shown during my process was awesome. Diane is going to be a wonderful doctor. Maddy was diligent during the mammogram and Dr Ballestero was awesome! Women need this kind of service when dealing with situations like mine. I am grateful for them.
I had a good experience as I have had every visit to Eastern Radiologists. They have done my mammogram for at least 30 years. Today Allyson checked me in with a big smile and a very friendly attitude. Lisa called me before my bone density paper work was complete. She was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my procedures. I will continue going to them for mammograms and bone density procedures. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
