Eastern Radiologist Breast Imaging Center is AWESOME!. Everyone was exceptionally nice starting with the Receptionist Teresa. Ginger/Tech Assistant escorted me to the back, and she made sure I was comfortable. Now, Paula/Tecnologist was very patient with me. She took her time and explained everything step by step. Loving the overall of the place when you first walk in appearance is the best of all for me.They get you in take care of you.And get you out all along the way is just pleasant. My experience was very scary. I had to have additional testing which caused much anxiety and worry. During my additional testing Sandy and Crystal were Great They comforted me and made me feel more at ease. The ladies there deserve to be awarded for their Customer Service. Thank you all.
I was very nervous going in for my procedure. Everyone was so nice from the receptionist, registration on back. Jennifer explained each step to me prior to & Dr. Matheus was amazing as well. I was told what would happen before it did. I felt comfortable & at ease with the two of them. Amazing team!
