Wonderful banking experience. Better than other local banks who view you as just a number. Here you are treated with respect, kindness, and all questions and needs are met with family friendly service. Dolores helped us today with a money transfer and she was kind and professional. We will keep coming here and recommend anyone who is in a big national bank to reconsider joining BVSCU! You won't be disappointed.
I didn’t realize that the lobby is closed on Saturday. I drive up to the drive thru and Dolores was such a pleasure to work with. I needed some checks written and she was only to happy to help me with. Even offer envelopes as well! Thank you Dolores!!!!
This is by far my favorite This is by far my favorite BVSCU branch! Branch Manager, Stacy King, has helped me out in a pinch many times. As a school librarian, I often need change for our book fairs, and she is always friendly, smiling, and quick to make things happen. The tellers here are also wonderful—always courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and support from the whole team!
The staff at Cross Creek Fulshear branch were very welcoming. Brianna was friendly, polite and thoroughly professional. She clarified all our questions patiently during our account opening. I definitely recommend them for your financial services.
