I applied for a summer loan and received communication the next day. Brianna was great! She sent me a notification email for approval by the following early afternoon and an additional email with the e-sign documents. She was prompt and friendly through email (my chosen type of communication). I recommend the BVSCU. I have banked with BVSCU for almost 10 years. Everyone at multiple branches is friendly, too.
