Bramm Chill contacted me; representing a buyer to purchase a mixed use property and business, that I owned, claiming that he had a quality buyer, with ample funds that wanted to buy my property and business. Bramm insisted on Joint representation of both the buyer & seller with the understanding that he was collecting a commission from both parties. If you're looking for a Chicagoland realtor, look no further than Bram Chill. @Properties is lucky to have him!
Being first time home buyers having a limited time line, and being unwilling to settle for anything less than the perfect first home. We weren’t sure what to expect. He was always punctual, and showed us many houses in the freezing cold! We are so grateful for his ... read more
Bram has been our realtor for many years helping us with our first rental properties and then was there for us when we were ready to buy. He found our latest home during COVID braving the virus and represented us once again with selling the property last spring. His negotiation skills and instincts are spot on but he isn’t pushy if you want to try a different approach than what he recommends. I believe he is one of the best in his business. I’d recommend him solidly for any and all real estate needs!!
Bram is not only a consummate and confident professional who knows the Chicago/Evanston real estate market, but also a great human being. Worked with him to purchase my condo in 2018 and again to sell in 2022. Both experiences were excellent. He consistently provides sound advice, is extremely wise and responsive to questions, and beyond patient from start to finish. As a highly experienced professional, he understands and coaches clients wisely, esp in our current unpredictable markets . We recently sold our property quickl... read more
