Bradbury Memorial Center is overflowing with amazing owners and employees. I’ve personally had the opportunity to use their services and interact with Naomi, Charles, Jennifer and William. Once again an amazing team of friendly , professional and truly wonderful people. They made me feel about as welcome as possible and eased my stress through a challenging process. Please consider their facility if need their services. They are AWESOME !
The staff here at Bradbury Memorial Center were so amazing! They treated my daughter and I with such kindness after the passing of my wife. They assured us that she would be taken care of with the dignity and respect she deserved, and were kind enough to offer us the courtesy of taking her fingerprint for us. Thank you Naomi and Jennifer, and all the rest of the wonderful staff!!! We appreciate what you were able to do for us!
There are no words to describe the absolutely horrible experience we have had with Naomi and Charles at Bradbury. Mistakes included not being able to have a visitation, which we paid for, as well as a completely botched print that was to be used for memorial purposes. It was so awful that we were promised a FULL refund. However, 2 1/2 months later, we have been ghosted completely. We are now pursuing litigation. Our mom deserved so much more than what she got at Bradbury and it’s something we will never get over.
Thank you to Naomi and her entire staff for being amazing to work with during our time of loss of my mother in law. From the beginning to the end, it was a smooth process. Naomi answers her phone no matter the time of day or night and is always willing to help with anything! Thank you for all of your patience and support during our difficult time. We are grateful for your kind hearts. 💗 Thank you!!!
There are not enough words to thank Naomi, Charles and their staff enough for the exceptional care and compassion they showed not only our loved one but us as well during such a difficult time. They made our journey a much easier one and were with us each step of the way. We are forever grateful to them.
