I woke up this morning to a freezing cold house and realized my thermostat was not working. So, I called Bill with Boss Mechanical and he stepped me through troubleshooting the issue and got me back up and running with the heat flowing again. I called them because I had a good experience with them for a previous HVAC repair. They did that repair quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Bill from Boss Mechanical is second to non. A friend of mine gave me a recommendation 10 years ago and I haven’t used anybody since. He’s not a big box company, he’s incredibly personable, and he’ll never try to sell you up into something you don’t need. When he’s completely booked up he’s even walked me through the repair over the phone. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable person, give him a call.
I have counted on Bill Mosall and Boss Mechanical for many years. They have guided our family as we replaced our A/C , furnace and most recently our hot water heater. A few weeks ago my husband noticed we had no hot water. A trip to the basement and there was our hot water tank leaking. I call Boss Mechanical at about 8 AM and explained the issue.
