Bought a 2012 civic from them over memorial day weekend. Chris answered all my questions and was good to deal with and his wife was great getting all the paper work completed since we were from Ohio. Have no issues with the vehicle everything works as per there market place add. Mike & Ann
I just recently had a new bumper painted and installed here and it came out great. The paint looks really good and I'm very happy with the quality of the work done. The only thing keeping this review from five stars is the communication. I had called and was told my quote would be adjusted and after telling me they would email the new quote I never recieved it. TLDR: The shop is disgusting and unorganized, they have terrible communication, and worst of all, they don't treat parts with care. Expect however many weeks you are estimated to turn into that many months before your part is finished, albeit with trash in the paint and probably covered in layers of abrasive dust. Don't expect all the work you requested to be done, and you'll be lucky if they don't lose something of yours. I would highly recommend Bodies by Mike.I took my Honda CRV to Mike with damage on the passenger side that ran the length of the vehicle.Mike and his son were very friendly and got me a quote within 15 minutes.I was very happy with the quote as another body shop in the Richwood area quoted $3,700 more than Mike's quote.The repair was done in less than 2 weeks and it looks like new !!! ... A great family owned business.... Great service @ a great price šš....
