Bob knows the market and is an excellent communicator always keeping the client up to date. His photographer and use of software to present options for use of a room are amazing. Before meeting Bob, we used an on site St. James realtor who couldn't sell our home in 1 year. We re-listed with Bob and were under contract in 30 days! I give Bob my highest rating of 5 stars.
