Bob knows the market and is an excellent communicator always keeping the client up to date. His photographer and use of software to present options for use of a room are amazing. Before meeting Bob, we used an on site St. James realtor who couldn't sell our home in 1 year. We re-listed with Bob and were under contract in 30 days! I give Bob my highest rating of 5 stars.

In fact, he contacted me after noticing that the listing on the house with the previous realtor had been canceled after 5 months of multiple showings with no offers. It was a pleasure doing business with Bob and Blue Chip Real Estate. The process was simple and easy. In fact meeting with Bob in 2020 We knew he was our choice to list our home. In fact he said he had a client that wanted to move to Southport, NC and he might be very interested in our property.
