It was a great experience. Daniel, my salesman understood what my needs were with my budget. The office staff with Tiffany and Kelly were great. They kept me informed on when my delivery of supplies would be and made it actually better for me on the day that they delivered my supplies. Isaiah, my project manager kept me informed of everything that was happening on my day that they installed my roof. Bob and Jerry's roofing company were excellent. All pricing was up front and any questions I had were answered quickly/accurately. The roofers were very professional, catching all the old roofing materials in a net and running a magnet over the ground when they were finished to pick up any missed nails. The roof looks beautiful.
From start to finish the entire team was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Daniel Hawkins explained all my options in the beginning and I never felt pressured. The roof installers were very hard working and professional. Supervisors kept me informed throughout the day on any concerns and what was happening.
