Bluewater Hearing and Balance has done an excellent job helping me treat my Tinnitus. I have gone to many hearing clinics over the years looking for extensive testing in order to create a tailored program to help me. After attending a seminar in Windsor hosted by Nashlea, I was able to ask questions and get real answers from her on treating my tinnitus. My appointment was at 9. I was on time. I waited for 10 minutes. My time is as valuable as yours. Other than that my experience was great. Everyone was friendly. Available coffee was a treat

From the owner the clinicians and front line staff are amazing. If you have any questions or concerns they are more than happy to help. Thank you so much for making my first week wearing hearing aids an easy transition.
