I had an excellent experience at Bluewater Hearing. Mackenzie provided thorough, knowledgeable care and took the time to explain each step of the process clearly and professionally. Her calm and attentive approach made the appointment very comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, and the facility itself is clean and modern. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and would confidently recommend Bluewater Hearing to anyone seeking hearing support.

Had a great experience at Bluewater hearing today. The place is beautiful inside and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Selena for all of her help! I learned so much today, and definitely would encourage people of all age groups to go and get their ears checked here!
I was unable to enjoy the comforts of your waiting room as I was a few minutes late and Selena met me promptly at the registration desk. The test instructions were well explained and my observations of what has been happening regarding my hearing health and tinnitus were well explained. I will be having a follow-up appointment on January 23 at 9:15 to review the results. Hopefully, I will arrive in plenty of time to enjoy your new waiting room. Merry Christmas........Eleanor
I wish i could give negative stars with my experience on this establishment and its really disappointing. I booked for an ear wax removal appointment yesterday for next week which i put a decent amount for the deposit. I called back the same day on which i booked the appointment to cancel as i have a business that day which i might not be able to come. The receptionist told me that they will escalate this to their accountant and will call me back the same day. Next day which is today, i had to be the one to call to follow it... read more
