I recently went to Bluewater Hearing to have my father's hearing aids cleaned and serviced. The receptionist was so kind and then the young woman who serviced them was too. She explained everything to me and was just so friendly. Great staff!!!
I had a great time at Bluewater Hearing. The whole team was very friendly, professional, and patient right from the time that I walked through the door. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel totally comfortable throughout the process. Great people to work with if you’re seeking hearing services locally!
Excellent products and the people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt really comfortable and had any concerns/questions answered. A real positive experience and highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their hearing etc.
Receptionist very welcoming and kind, explained things very clearly. Both ladies doing test were very respectful, kind, clear and informative. Overall experience excellent.
Great group of professionals. I wasn't sure going into my appointment, but the whole team made me feel welcome and taken care of. It was relieving to learn that there are ways to help my tinnitus. Looking forward to continue working with this group.
