Excellent experience From 1st phone call to schedule appointment, front desk staff & Susan Dr’s assist who never left my side explaining the process before & after. Dr Overbeck is soo gentle & caring making sure your not in any discomfort throughout procedure, explaining what she is doing as she goes. If you have to have a procedure done this is where to go. Thank you for your care.
As a retired dentist, I truly appreciated the professionalism and expertise provided by Dr. Overbeck during my treatment. However , her warmth, care and the friendliness and helpfulness of her front desk staff and assistant were also very welcomed and appreciated. I have never been so relaxed and welcomed so pleasantly. Everybody was wonderful. The nurse and Dr Cara Overbeck made me feel comfortable and explained everything the way I can understand. Dr. Cara tries to do simple procedure at first before doing surgery. Always asking if I was ok when she was working on me. I would definitely recommend Blue Heron Dental. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
Dr. Overbeck is the sweetest doctor I have ever encountered. Her name fits her so well, Cara (caring). I highly recommend her to all who need her. She extracted a wisdom tooth for me. I didn't realize it was out until she said "all done". I think I replied " You have to be kidding!" I was all set for the experience one sees in the movies! Thank you so much Dr. Cara and your entire staff. Everyone was great!!
