Been to a few doctors offices in my day met a lot of front receptionist, but you have one of the greats. Diamond is the best she makes you feel warm and welcome. Very knowledgeable and answering any questions I have never once gone in there and seen her without a smile on her face making you feel warm and welcome. you should be lucky to have her . Melissa and her staff are wonderful! Melissa is aware if my progress and adjusts accordingly. She has targeted what my specific shoulder/arm issues have been and is always available to listen and guide me in the appropriate direction. Her assistants are right on top of my progress during my PT sessions and never mind answering questions or repeating directiions as I do the pt exercises. Great place to go!
Diamond was very helpful (and patient) with getting me an appt quickly. Also was more than happy to assist with checkin as I came in with some mobility issues. Dr. Melissa was careful when working on my injured extremity and explained what to expect moving forward. She also called later in the day to see how I was feeling. All much appreciated…..
I love everyone here at Block Sports in Massapequa. Chris is motivating, upbeat, kind, and realistic for expectations while also helping me grow. He listens and helps me get stronger while also respecting and knowing my limits. Music is always upbeat and playing. Reception is great! Mike and Diamond are always willing to help. They truly take care of you. Some people may be skeptic of chiropractic treatments but I assure you Dr. Nicole will take care of you. Also Dr. Melissa takes her time treating you to make you feel comfortable and at home. From the time you walk in and speak to diamond they know how to make you feel like you will get better.
