They almost got me but I had people help me break the lease I signed not a week ago. If they try to rent you 1516 Avenue G Apt B in Birmingham Alabama 35218 in Ensley don't do it. There are broken windows just boarded up, the window where the front door is isn't sealed you can run your hand across the top and you're touching outside, Brown stains under the sink in the kitchen. We have used BJ Gardner Property Mgmt for over 6 years now. Ms. Beverly has ensured that our rental experience remains stress free. She is quick to respond to our tenants needs. We often joke about how we forget about the property until we get our monthly email stating that funds have been deposited. We would definitely recommend her services and we will continue to use her for future properties.

We are out of state investors and Beverly took care of the properties as her own from past 5 plus years. Good work ethics , Excellent communication, attention to details, good book keeping and keeping track of tenant issues and resolving them. Overall excellent property management company.

Beverly, managed two of my properties. She is knowledgeable, professional and a great advocate for both the landlord and the tenant. I cannot speak highly enough about her work. If I my business takes me back to AL, I will have her as my property manager.
