I tried to repair my furnace myself and created a massive issue, Big foot heating was very courteous when I called and had technicians out very fast. The technicians were very polite and competent the found the problem and got my furnace going again, I later had them out to repair my AC unit that was not working and had a great experience with the technicians both times. Their parts were fairly expensive but overall the experience was a good one and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and family.
Had a problem with fireplace which is my main source of heat. Due to the situation, they dispatched a tech immediately. The service was fast and well done. Entire staff was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend Big Foot Heating.
Bigfoot Heating did a complete furnace install for us. They was professional, competent and respectful from the first bid to the final completion. Judd and Tyler was the main 2 installers and was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. They was extremely respectful to us, our pets, and our home. I had 4 quotes for installing my home Air Conditioning. Bigfoot was not the most inexpensive or the most expensive. They did include a quote for EVERYTHING INCLUDING INSTALLING ELECTRICAL FOR THE 220 it needed to run the air conditioner.. Sone of the others did not. When I asked when it could be installed they said within the week and kept to what they said. The other bids would not give me a date.
Prompt, thoroughly and competent. Know of several companies I have been very unhappy with in every way. BIGFOOT is my number one recommendation for the area. They were reasonably priced, followed through and resolved a critical situation. Highly recommend them!
