I met Gary about years ago at a Home Show. I told him about my family and my possible need for a softener.. But at the timing was just not right to get one. Years later I saw Gary at a different home show. He remembered me and my family and my need for a softener. I made an appointment for him to tell me my options. Gary was an absolute professional but very personable. He explained things with no pressure sales tactics. I did get the softener. Gary came out and was very thorough on the water testing and made certain before he left that I understood they water situation we had and what we needed to do to get it at its best!! I didn’t care what it was going to cost me to be able to drink our water. The price surprised me. So reasonable and affordable!!
Francisco is a great kid and he really cares for his customers. He alway goes out of his way to help his customers any way he can. You need more workers like him.
The water taste great and the service is outstanding! We are pleased with our purified water.
