Thus was our experience with Nikki. She was listing agent for the house we bought. She did not tell the sellers they needed to leave the washer/dryer so they took them. ( not their fault) and she tried replacing them with crap that was full of rust, mud and stunk . Not usable at all. Our agent had to argue with her about paying us so we could buy new . Our experience with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hake Realty was the best. Steven our realtor was the best. He showed us 3 homes in on day. We put an offer in on one and closed on the house in less then 30 days.
