Just sold our house through them and Beth was our realtor. They are quite knowledgeable and good at pricing right. Beth specifically was a bit temperamental to work with but we got through it. Nothing personal against this group but a comment about feeling ripped off as a seller paying 5% for a house that sells itself in 3 weeks (if in decent shape and decent price it sells!), the realtor model is outdated. A flat fee or much lower % is reasonable, 25k for

Our experience with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hake Realty was the best. Steven our realtor was the best. He showed us 3 homes in on day. We put an offer in on one and closed on the house in less then 30 days. If we ever were to buy another home in or near Worland Wyoming we would definitely use Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hake Realty. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thus was our experience with Nikki. She was listing agent for the house we bought. She did not tell the sellers they needed to leave the washer/dryer so they took them. ( not their fault) and she tried replacing them with crap that was full of rust, mud and stunk . Not usable at all. Our agent had to argue with her about paying us so we could buy new .
