Building a house is scary business, but not with Deb Benjamin of Benjamin Modular Homes. She did a great job of explaining everything in detail, and gave us options while Covid prices were changing building costs that seemed like daily. During a difficult time she made it rather easy. We love our Westchester Modular home. Deb Benjamin was with us every step of the way as we planned our custom home. We greatly appreciated the flexibility to create a home to meet our specific needs as well as those required by our community. The crews that completed each step of the process were professional and efficient.
This is the second Westchester modular home that Debra Benjamin built for me. The first was 10 years ago. If you don’t know, when you order a modular much of it is done in the factory, but then you have to have a builder with a crew to come and finish it up on your site. In the process of building with Deb and Westchester Modular. Great experience and quality craftsmanship. We were able to customize our house into something that fits our budget and needs. We have been able to navigate through this uncertain supply chain time with relative ease. Would recommend them and have already recommended them to several friends and relatives.

This company has a tremendous amount of integrity and has always been honest with customers.
