Rita was our property manager for about 15 years; she was always professional, and managed to keep the units rented nearly the entire time. When we decided to sell, Rita’s knowledge and experience really came in handy. She was extremely helpful, always kept us updated and when it sold she made sure everything went flawlessly. We simply could not have had this property without her managing them for us, and I will miss working with her.
