If I could give zero I would. My daughter ended up in your facility. You all gave wrong information and horrible treatment of myself and my family. I’m sorry you couldn’t bank off of the loss of a 27 year old mother born in another state where her family and friends are. You could not even get the date of her arrival correct. The director didn’t even want to speak to us she just kept passing us off. Unprofessional and to this day, other than transport I have no idea what we paid for. She was prepped and dressed here.

Although I did not pay for services from Bell Tower, I wanted to come on here and report how wonderful this business is. I was with my mother-in-law from beginning to the end with the business side of planning for my father-in-law's funeral arrangements. I saw the gentleman who picked him up from the hospice when he passed, and interacted with 2 funeral planners there in the offices.
