Although I did not pay for services from Bell Tower, I wanted to come on here and report how wonderful this business is. I was with my mother-in-law from beginning to the end with the business side of planning for my father-in-law's funeral arrangements. I saw the gentleman who picked him up from the hospice when he passed, and interacted with 2 funeral planners there in the offices. The kindness and generosity displayed by this business was unparalleled. The tender love they extended to my wife an I will never be forgotten.
My wife and family are very disappointed in the handling of the cremation of her father. We were told the process would take up to 2 weeks. It took 2 days much to our surprise, picked up the ashes and halfway home they found that it wasn't the correct ashes and had to return to exchange them!!! Really??? Bell Tower, you had one job to do!! And clearly it was not on how you are providing lasting memories. People rely on your services during their time of need 🙄 do we have the correct ashes now?? Or??
My experiences with Bell Tower, Lance and his Staff have been extraordinary. They recently handled 2 cremations for my family and he made them so special. My Mother had a special request - Lance made that happen. I wish there were 10 stars...they deserve them all. Best place, and the best people!
A very serene and lovely place. Lance is great and has been very accommodating. You and your loved ones are in the best hands with Bell Tower. I highly recommend.
