They were polite and handled the cremation promptly. They provided the price list up front. Just a note to those who are not familiar, a standard urn is just a plastic black box with a bag of cremains inside. This was fine since we purchased a marble box elsewhere. Wanted to let others know in case they plan to use it for a memorial, so they can plan to buy something else that looks a little nicer.

Made planning inquiry. Cannot yet comment on quality of service but can comment on quality of the individual I spoke with who was terrific. He was able to quickly identify issues and discuss solutions including options. He provided clear and concise information about pricing for the necessary services without trying to upsell. Value for what Bell will provide is very fair.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff at Bell tower is. They were so in tuned to our needs in this time of sorrow. They worked with us, going over all our needs with no pressure. I want to give a special shout out to Joni, and Stephanie. Thank you Bell tower
