We are so grateful for the staff. We are from out of state and came for my mother-in-laws funeral and from the beginning of the service at that funeral home to the last minute at the cemetery was handled with so much kindness, gentleness and love. We have attended services before and we have never experienced the personal touches that were added today. We worked alongside with Stephanie for the care of our father and were very happy with the experience and the kindness we were shown. I just wanted to thank all Bell Tower staff in helping get things processed so quickly durring this unexpected death of my mom. They were polite and handled the cremation promptly. They provided the price list up front. Just a note to those who are not familiar, a standard urn is just a plastic black box with a bag of cremains inside. This was fine since we purchased a marble box elsewhere. Wanted to let others know in case they plan to use it for a memorial, so they can plan to buy something else that looks a little nicer.
