Dr. Bell and his office are truly wonderful. I recently began Invisalign and the process has been incredibly easy because of Dr. Bell and his team. The front office specialists are always so kind and patient with me and my many questions; and the hygienists are nonjudgmental and true professionals. Every time I come in for an appointment, I leave with a smile :)

I’ve been here 3 times (all for one issue), and there were a few things that made it less than 5 stars. First of all, the cost of my service was 4x the cost of what it was for my husband 1 year ago at a different dentist. For a 10 minute service (they were gluing my permanent retainer back on), it was exorbitant. Considering that they had to fix it 2 more times because they did it incorrectly the first time, it felt like a lot to pay. Secondly, my interactions with the receptionist were truly unpleasant. I have always been picky with my dental care from a very young age due to having so many teeth issues growing up. Moving here it took me a couple years to find a good fit for me. The first time I stepped into Bell Dental I knew this was the place for me. They have met and exceeded our expectations from scheduling, to customer care, follow up, and scheduling. Bell Dental is a wonderful place for all your dental needs. From the moment you walk in it’s like you are family! Everyone in the office is caring, attentive, respectful and provides wonderful support. Brooke is exceptional in all she does!! She is gentle, professional, informative and makes going to the dentist something you look forward to! Brooke and Dr Bell are an amazing team, a delightful treasure for NWA!!

Received a call to request I let them move my appointment. I agreed to move it back an hour. Then the day of my appointment, I got a call asking why I wasn’t there yet. I informed her that someone had called and asked me to move my appointment time back. She informed me that they wanted to split my appointment and do the last part at the later time. Very unprofessional. It cost me a whole day off work and I was unable to get my cleaning.
