Tyler was very knowledgeable and responsive. Another HVAC company did a routine maintenance on our furnace and two days later we discovered it was not working at all. They came back to check the problem and told us we needed a new furnace. I did not believe them and call Beach & Sons who quickly diagnosed the issue without our having to spend thousands for a new furnace, as recommended by the company ahead of them who probably caused the issue during their "annual inspection." Their technicians have been extremely thorough and kind enough to explain the work they perform so I can better understand how to keep things in good, safe, working order. Our water heater system sprung a leak with such force, it drilled through the dry wall in the garage. Cameron, James and Mike replaced the dry wall and insulation, installed new water heater and expansion tank, and brought the 14-year-old system up to current code in 36 hours. The office staff was instrumental in making this happen. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail. Yea! Beach and Sons.
Beach and Sons to rescue again. These guys are just good old plain amazing. Called Zack with concern about the furnace issue. He explained to me what might be happening and came the next morning to take care of our furnace. Great company with even better customer service. Thank you Beach and Sons.
I wanted a second opinion after a local HVAC company (S.A) tried to tell us that we had a cracked heat exchanger and that we needed to replace the furnace AND the A.C unit! Red flags went up! He also said they would be happy to finance us for the $20-$40K replacement. He also went on to use scare tactics on us saying we should not use our furnace as we are inhaling carbon monoxide.
