Excellent customer service. The sales representative Brandon French was very helpful in getting me set up for my new unit. The technicians Sam and Daniel were so friendly and efficient. They really did an outstanding job with the installation of my new unit. I highly recommend B & D Air Conditioning for installing units or for regular maintenance and HVAC services. Thank you Brandon, Sam and Daniel. Great job 👍 Happy customer 😊

I've been using B&D for about 5+ years now and have overall positive experience with them. The techs seem kind and professional. Isaiah was the tech that came out last and he went above and beyond his duties to ensure my unit was cleaned and well taken care of. I highly recommend him if you need someone professional and if you want to ensure the job is done. I would give them 5 stars if it wasn't for me finding out that some of the maintenance jobs I've had them out for in the past have been halfway done and not fully compl... read more

1st I was pleased you'd sent a competent professional woman. 2nd she didn't try to upset me and all work was proven if extra work would be required. 3rd she finished the job. Because other repairman had not done this, in previous visits, extra work was needed with explanations of what would be needed. She did the work, was able to be affordable. It was harder work, but she stayed and did it. All the while remaining professional. Cleaned up. I have never been as pleased with a workperson. I highly RECOMMEND HER.

Samantha was GREAT!!! She was prompt, courteous, professional, thorough and did an outstanding job. She was the first tech we’ve had that really paid attention and cleaned everything up when she was finished. We’ve been happy with all the techs that serviced our units but she was exceptional.

To begin with, the technician Clay kept me updated on when to expect him. He was very punctual, listened to my problem, and got right to work. In less than an hour he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had my unit cooling nicely. Clay was personable and very competent. He kept me informed on process. Would highly recommend.
