Before I found B&D I had a very bad experience with the Advanced Air place. Nearly cost me $14,000 - and all because Advanced Air pays their 'technicians' based on commission. B&D will have my business for all of my days, thank you for being honest, hardworking individuals! I am in my 2nd year of having B&D do preventative maintenance on my units and I couldn't be happier. B & D was a wonderful experience. Brandon was personable and answered all our questions. The men who installed the unit were efficient and got it done quickly. I would highly recommend this AC company.
These guys are great and so are their prices. Whether you call on the phone or have techs at your home, they are always very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. They will also NOT try to oversell you something that you don’t need. Honesty and integrity is what you get with them. 😀
We have been more than pleased with B&D Air Conditioning for many years. Often times businesses lower their quality of work and customer service over time...but not with B&D. You can count on them doing the job right and then returning without charge if anything is not correct. We always ask for our service to be performed by Kaycee. She is amazing and explains everything to us in detail and in terminology we understand.
