These guys are great and so are their prices. Whether you call on the phone or have techs at your home, they are always very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. They will also NOT try to oversell you something that you don’t need. Honesty and integrity is what you get with them. 😀
We have been more than pleased with B&D Air Conditioning for many years. Often times businesses lower their quality of work and customer service over time...but not with B&D. You can count on them doing the job right and then returning without charge if anything is not correct. We always ask for our service to be performed by Kaycee. She is amazing and explains everything to us in detail and in terminology we understand.
I have known this company for 30 years. They do excellent work, and provide excellent service. They are one of the few AC companies I trust. Nick is as good as they come. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.
They installed a new HVAC system on our home. They left an opening under the unit. When they came out to service the unit the water would flow into the attic and down our drywall. We have asked that they come back out to repair the hole. All we get is a song and dance. We wouldn't be asking for their repairs, had they done the job right the first time! We are to the point of calling the competition for the work to be done right. Obviously they don't want to get the job done right, they want us to sign up for the maintenance ... read more
