We would like to share a bit about the service we experienced when Kaycee came out for our Winter Service check. She was on right on time, very informative, by explaining what the process would be, everything that was done, including all the readings. Then ask if we had any questions or concerns. We had multiple problems with our me Cool mini split multizone AC this year. Drain clogs, pinholes and refrigerant loss and a blown out circuit board on the condenser. We had 3 different techs fix the issues. I can say that all 3 of them were very good and knowledgeable about their job. I am enough of a nerd to know what is wrong with equipment and I am able to see if someone knows his shit so to say. I have generally not been disappointed here. I can recommend them. We’ve been through SOOO many HVAC companies in the Gila Valley, all just charged outrageous prices for never actually fixing the problem! We’ve been with B&D Air for about 3-4 years now and couldn’t be happier! Or system quite working the other night and boy did it get chilly in the house! The next day I called B&D and within a few hours the tech was here and fixed the problem, and it was under $250! The McBrides are great people, personally, and it shows in their company! Would recommend 1000%.
The technicians were friendly and every onowledgeable. They were more than willing to take the time to answer all my questions and educate me about my system. Also their pricing is far better than the other large company in the valley.
The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly got the furnace working like new. Will certainly use them again!
