Have had a really seamless closing with these folks here so far. They're very knowledgeable and can get transactions closed that others can't. Highly recommend!
Total sterling service without any omissions or problems. Would use them again.
Just about the worst Title Company to deal with. Here we are 2 days away from closing and they have not scheduled us, and WILL NOT until they have a survey in hand. Nor will they cooperate with our mortgage company. And RUDE as they can be about it. I will advise everyone stay away from using them as much as I can.
I've have used bay city abstract & title for the 3rd time and have had a great experience.
