Very professional caring staff. My cat was at her first appointment and was so stressed from the car ride and new surroundings, staff was wonderful trying to calm her. Great staff! I felt we were in good hands with the perfect Dr and staff!
I was only able to say goodbye to my beloved pet with the compassion offered by the caring staff at Bay Animal hospital. They have taken excellent care of Mika for 14 years! I would never trust anyone else with the care of my animals! 🐶

Truly a great experience of caring and service. My friend was in hospital and I was doggy sitting, and 1 of dogs needed more medication for ongoing ear issue. This veterinarian helped us get the medication right before they closed...I was so appreciative and my friend could relax and heal knowing her dog was taken care of. Highly recommend this practice...the office manager and front desk employee were outstanding.
The staff triaged my sick lab, a dog they’ve never seen, on their lunch. They notified Dr. Vivian and she came back from lunch early to see Cleo and with X-rays , determined she needed surgery. They called Dr. Francke and he came back to the office to perform emergency exploratory surgery. They absolutely saved Cleo’s life. Three days later you would not have guessed anything had happened. She was back to normal and healing perfectly. Bay Animal Hospital will be our family veterinarians from now on!
