Very professional caring staff. My cat was at her first appointment and was so stressed from the car ride and new surroundings, staff was wonderful trying to calm her. Great staff! I felt we were in good hands with the perfect Dr and staff!
I previously brought my dog to this establishment prior to his passing, and recently, we brought in a stray cat that we welcomed into our family. The level of service provided was exceptional, although the pricing structure appeared to be somewhat elevated. Nonetheless, they demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in their care for the animals, and the staff exhibited a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor.
I have taken my pets here since I was a child. There is no doubt their staff absolutely loves animals and will take care of yours like their own. My only complaint is they've gotten so big that it's difficult to get an appointment. I can't really fault them for being so popular, I would just appreciate it if long term customers didn't have to wait so long for their animals to get visits. Thank you for everything you've done for my pets over the years!
Dr. Vivian was wonderful and answered all our questions. The staff was so welcoming and kind! Our new pup is comfortable there and we are glad to have made the switch!
Beyond my expectations. Hannah has a great sense about people and everyone there she met, no issues. Don't be afraid to tell the veterinarian that you have a budget. Helps them too. Worth the wait and worth the money knowing my Dog is going to be just fine and that her cyst will be removed in a couple of weeks.
