We woke up to no heat on one of the coldest days with the weekend forecast even colder. They were able send sen someone out the same day for an estimate and install just a few days later. Orville was very thorough with our options and they were able to have a quick install. They even loaned us space heaters. Definitely a company we will recommend to others. Noah and Nate were efficient, quick and clean.
DON'T use this company if you have heating issues. I've got a heat pump and in July the A/C was blowing hot air. Baxter's came out and diagnosed the problem as a short-circuited heat unit in the air handler. They said they would get back to me when parts came in - they didn't. Stopped by their shop in September and the lady at counter took my name/number and said a technician would call in a day or two - they didn't. Horrible service. Had a guy out to give me a quote (10k+ job) and never received the quote. Called a few weeks later, twice, and finally left a message, still no response. Called a third time a week later and finally got a response. Then it still took another week and a half to get the quote. By the time I received the quote the job was done and paid for through another plumbing company. So I foolishly decide to use them again a year later for a small job. They schedule me 3 weeks out. A friend recommended Baxters to me last year & I’ll never use another company. I’ve used them 3 times so far. The first time, I was on maternity leave, our toilet was backing up into our bathroom. They came & cleared the pipes (turns out there was tree root in it). While doing this, they noticed our one furnace was leaking & replaced the valve for us! So… I found that one of the connections in my plumbing had been running for MONTHS! (Yeah, you can imagine how happy I was when I received a $1000 water bill).
