John from Barkley Heating and Air came to my home to quote me a price for replacing my heater. Pierce Total Comfort told me it was broken. John assessed my heater and informed me it was not broken and turned the heater back on at the system switch that I didn’t know existed. After assessing the unit he said a few relatively inexpensive parts and it would be fine but for now we have heat!! I have believed since March 11 2023 that my heater is broken. Our experience with Barkley Heating and AC was AWESOME. Very professional, honest and fair.
