Had to call Baker Plumbing - again - and am still thankful we have this company in our area. I called at 7:50 a.m. and a plumber was to my house, problem inspected and diagnosed, estimate given, and work done by 10:00 a.m. Rick was courteous, professional, apologetic (I mean, no one wants to deliver a $1000 estimate), and very straightforward about the issue and my options. Highly recommended.
