My mother has been using Bairds for a long time and they have been really good (hence 2 stars instead of just 1). This time they had to change our appointment because our normal person had left the company. They sprayed at the new scheduled appointment but we were still seeing ants so I called and because my mother cannot afford to have them come on a regular schedule they will not guarantee their work. We have been very satisfied with Bairds service for the past two years. Technician Charlie Logan completed the latest control routine, both interior and exterior. He did a great job and was professional and very knowledgable. He asked about any concerns we had and responded thoroughly. We highly recommend him and Bairds.
We have been customers for years. Baird's always does a great job. Today, Charlie asked if I had any questions or concerns and explained why we have experienced quite a few scorpions recently. He explained the recent rainstorms have stirred up a lot of nests and they are looking for dry land. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. Great service! Thank you Charlie for a very thorough job!
Baird's Pest Control does an exceptional job! We have tried two other pest control companies over the years, and Bairds is by far, the absolute best! Bairds Pest Control is great! They have sprayed at my home and my elderly parents' home for many years and been great to work with.
