I found Babione’s through an online search and was pleased to be able to book a next day appointment for 8am. Unfortunately, I received a call at 8am advising that a tech was not available until at least 4pm. Admittedly, I was unhappy with the schedule change and although I accepted the afternoon appointment I had every intention of calling other places to find another company to go out earlier. James is certainly a dedicated man in his performance of work ethics and knowledge. Its been years since I have witnessed this dedication. His stellar personality along with expertise is applauding. Jeremy was very professional and answered questions about our A/C unit that you could understand. Told us about maintenance plan and benefits to keeping our unit running properly. Also explained the benefits of labor warranty that runs with the factory parts warranty. Will cover with no money out of pocket after purchase of warranty. Jeremy even gave our German Shepherd a treat for not biting him. He arrived ahead of schedule after receiving call from office to confirm it would be okay. I cannot recommend Babione's highly enough! They were really responsive and professional and got my issue fixed quickly. I ended up having to get my 23-yr old system replaced. James was so gracious to come out for a second trip himself after the initial service call to do the consultation for the full replacement. He educated me a lot about my options. They came out for a system check and tune up, 31 days later my air stopped working, because it was outside their 30 days to come back out and see what the problem was, they charged me another 99 dollars, not to mention I had just paid they over 400.00. I called and someone was to get back with me, that never happened, and they cashed that check real quick. I will never use them again, and I will make sure I tell my story to my friends and colleges
