It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Dr. DenHaese and his staff changed my life. I went misdiagnosed for over 15 years until I stated having episodes in which I would fall and could not get up. The staff here is courteous, professional, but most importantly, competent. Every word that came out of my mouth was taken seriously and after reviewing my x-ray I was sent for a CT scan, which revealed a broken vertebrae that would require a spinal fusion to repair. Dr. Denhaese and his staff are completely and utterly amazing. Their bedside care and professionalism is out of this world. From the front desk to the P.A.'s to the surgeon himself everyone was super friendly kind and helpful. Dr Denhaese and Peter saved my life! I have had back pain for years. I didn't want surgery so i tried all the other options and nothing worked. I went to Axis and met Dr DenHaese and his staff. They were awesome. I had a double fusion surgery and I am pain free! Yup totally pain free. I followed all his rules after surgery and after 8 weeks I was up and walking 3 miles a day. I highly recommend this place if you have any back issues you will not regret it. I would give them 100 stars if I could. I am so friggin happy again!
Dr. Ryan Denhaese was wonderful with my mother and she loved him. He was so kind and patient with her and went out of his way to help her get the treatment she needed. Can not say enough about his front line staff as well, they were alway on top of every issue we needed so there were not multiple phone calls. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Denhaese!!!!
I gave 4 stars because there is always an awful wait time for appointments. Otherwise, a very nice, knowledgeable group. Don't listen to the other review about the secretarial staff... I have nothing but praises for them, especially Nicole. They bend over backwards for you and take the most detailed note when you call with a question. My surgeries were as successful as they could have been, considering my injuries.
